The canvas
The canvas is a conversation inside frugr that builds a working surface around what you need: a report, a list to refine, an invoice draft, a chart, or the record you need to change. Type your request, or speak it in a browser that supports voice input.
These are real, bound frugr surfaces, not a chat transcript describing your books. You can work with the list, form, chart, or document in place. The model can only compose from a reviewed catalogue; frugr’s server supplies every figure and asks for confirmation before consequential changes.

In hosts that support MCP Apps (SEP-1865), frugr also renders real interactive widgets inline in the chat: invoice previews, reports, transactions, reconciliation status, and more. This is progressive enhancement. Hosts without the UI extension still get the full tool results rather than a widget.
